ANNUAL FUND MANAGEMENT- The backbone of any successful non-profit organization is it’s annual fund program. We can assist with creating a solid annual giving program that will lead to increased levels of giving and participation. Or, we can review your current annual fund program and offer suggestions and solutions to increase donor participation and expand your donor base. The Federal Group can help create or craft your message for better results and provide a plan to address direct mail, internet giving, and stewardship of your annual fund donors.
CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS- We can help guide you through the pre-campaign planning stage, oversee the management of your capital campaign and provide ongoing campaign support and counsel as needed. The Federal Group will show you how to maximize your relationships with your donors and volunteers. Our past experience conducting capital campaign feasibility studies and managing successful capital campaigns will be used to assist you in your campaign, regardless of size and scope.

We can review your internal and external development office operations, study your staff organizational chart and examine your donor solicitation strategies.
